North West stations are 'weakest link'

9 February 2010: As we've often said, passengers suffer when stations don't have proper facilities - like good lighting, cycle parking, bus connections. A new report suggests people in the North West have the worst deal.

Our 2007 'weakest link' survey revealed nearly 200 stations in need of urgent improvement and now TravelWatch NorthWest have shown that their region's stations need a lot more work than the Government thinks they do.
