The Meldreth, Shepreth and Foxton Rail User Group

Interests: Rail

The Meldreth, Shepreth and Foxton Rail User Group was launched in 2010 to protect and improve access to rail services at these three village stations situated between Cambridge and Royston. We are supported by Railfuture as our umbrella organization and meet quarterly, rotating around the villages, always with support from the Train Operating Company.  As of 2013, we now have a Community Rail Partnership that provides invaluable strategic liaison with Cambridgeshire County Council, South Cambridgeshire District Council, and local business and employers.

Crossing campaign

2016: This poster is currently on display at all three stations, outlining what our group is all about.
