TfL opens consultation on extension of Gospel Oak line

Campaign for Better Transport responds to the news that Transport for London proposes extending the line from Gospel Oak to the new Barking Riverside development.
Martin Abrams, Public Transport Campaigner, said:
“Campaign for Better Transport welcomes the idea of extending London Overground from Gospel Oak to Barking Riverside. We need public transport that easily connects people to jobs, family, shops and services. Putting accessible stations at the centre of those communities would be a major step forward.”
The consultation on this proposal is open until 19 October 2014.
