Experience
Alice came to Campaign for Better Transport from The National Autistic Society where she worked on a number of high-profile fundraising and awareness campaigns and successfully campaigned for the introduction of the first disability-specific law in England. Prior to this, Alice worked for the World Cancer Research Fund and National Energy Action, the Newcastle-based environmental charity that works to reduce fuel poverty.
Why I work for Campaign for Better Transport:
Having affordable and environmentally sound transport should be important to everyone, whether you live in a large city or a small village. And as the old saying goes, if you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem.
